Ok, I lied. Not ALL ages. 9+ Is probably in the right direction.

So, One Piece not only has some amazing fighting scenes, it has a good story and the character development’s super.

The stories basically revolves around Monkey D. Luffy and his crew. Luffy’s goal is to become the ‘Pirate King’. The Pirate King is a title given to the strongest and mightiest of pirates and he’s the one that possesses everything. Gold, women and the seas. To reach this goal, Luffy and his crew sail the seas, seeking adventure and fighting strong enemies.

As you probably already saw, I gave this series a 9, which is absolutely worth it. I’m not giving it a 10, because no anime is perfect, but this one’s pretty close..
