Description: Witches are individuals with special powers like ESP, telekinesis, mind control, etc. (not the typical hogwart and newt potions). Robin, a craft user, arrives from Italy to Japan to work for an organization named STN Japan Division (STN-J) as a replacement for one of STN-J's witch hunters who was recently killed. Unlike other divisions of STN, STN-J tries to capture the witches alive in order to learn why and how they became witches in the first place.

I actually really really liked this anime, which raises the question why I gave it a "8 out of 10" instead of something like a "9 out of 10" or a "10 out of 10." Well, there are reasons friends. The biggest reason I gave it a 7 was because it didn’t have an ending on par with the rest of the anime. (The ending took off a point and a half for me.) Also, as amazing as the story was, I still feel like they could have done more with it and it seemed a bit slow at times. Regardless of this though, the story was amazing and really gripped you. It really let you put the pieces together yourself and didn’t make things completely obvious like some other mystery-type anime. Everything in the story had, on some level, something to do with the main mystery. The action sequences were cool and clever, but I suppose they got a tad old as the story went on as they lacked. (I would take off a half point for this one.)

One thing that bothered me about the anime(and this will likely either bother or NOT bother a lot of people) was the lack of music tracks used. There was one main theme that played over and over throughout the anime and it really got old for me. Something to note, though, is that I have a particularly abnormal ability to remember instrumentals in songs, so this sort of thing bothers me more than most. ^^;; For this reason, I didn’t take anything off the final score. I’m more-so just sort of warning those that share my love and ear for music that things may get old..

The bottom line is that I would definitely recommend this anime to my friends. It has an awesome story and is very entertaining. There were these profoundly emotional and deep moments of thought that Robin went through. It, very cleverly I might add, made you think and put you in her shoes. All things considering, everything felt really real and you genuinely felt the pain of the characters in the anime.

Well, I hope that this review helped all of you decide to watch it. I don’t think you’ll find it a waste of time to do so. ;)
