Level E starts off with a baseball prodigy who moves on his own.

Then finding a strange blond haired man in his house together with him who seemingly has lost his memory.

This man actually being the prince of a planet called Dogura.

Then the story goes on like that for a few episodes and then…Well…Stuff goes from a bit random to the most random change of events ever.

The anime is good and fun to watch for getting a good laugh but this is the first anime to almost have not a single shred of story to it.

The people you see in the first few episodes seem to have vanished and you never see them again.

But with all that it still has such a good sense of humor in it that will keep you coming back every episode.

I give it a 9/10 only for the lack of a good storyline.
