A rather humorous anime about a boy Haru and a girl Shizuku. It starts out with a wonderful bit of Japanese Ska in the intro, which if you know anything about ska you can expect extravagant humor and a good time. Both characters being rather socially inept, accidentally meet each other (more accident for Shizuku then Haru it would seem) when Shizuku is delievering work to gain a new study guide in hope of getting back to the top of the class. But, I don’t want to say too much incase you have not watched the first episode yet, and this is a review not a description.

Now that you have a basic intro of the bit, Ill actually give a review. I always enjoy a dating or odd sort of romance anime.  Fruits Basket and Honey and Clover just to name a few. Normally you are given a romance with the smart strong guy, and the shy girl or the reverse. This is quite a change from the normal.

I would give this anime 9 out of 10 which is pretty high for a romance and may be a bit too high to say so soon, but I think this has a very enticing start that draws you in and makes you wish to keep watching. Aslo, it is a nice fresh take on the idea of romance and the people that can be together. It’s great to have some humor in a romance….and with this one there will be a lot of humor. You could almost make it a far stretch comparison to the idea of Luffy and Nami from One Piece having a bit of romance (which I feel like many who watch One Piece would love to see played out) with how blunt and physical Haru is as well as how driven Shizuku is in her own goals.

I would definitely recommend someone to watch this if they like a romance anime or humor. It seems to be laying out a rather interesting story and I am quite interested to see where it goes. I hope you all enjoy it and were not too bored by my words.
