Point blank. this is one of, if not the, funniest animes I have ever seen.
Basically, Excel is a young and somewhat criminally insane heroine who’s greatest dream is to server Illapallazzo-sama, leader of the secret organization ACROSS. ACROSS is set on taking over the world, one prefecture at a time if needed.
Each episode is done in a new genre, which turned out to be hillarious and interesting all rolled up into one.
