You should no watch this episode before the fifth episode. It'll reveal to much of the story. Well I'm just watching no.4 and I'm regretting it a bit, that i watched this before.
It's wrong to call it no.0 making it a part of the story.

Added a mirror since there was none, however, most of the contents of this OVA will be shown in the series so I would recommand skipping and watching it once you're done with the rest, as an extra, else you'll get a lot of content spoiled

well !! i can't find any mirror so i'll just skip it
