I can see that the little Empress Was brought up be those twisted Twins and is exacting revenge on everyone for her mother's death. Plus, they have some kind of gift which enable them to twist others to their will, Example the Elder Sister who controls the Orbital Platforms So it looks like their only possible solution would be the assisanation of the puppet master pulling all the strings of war for there to be any luck for peace. So many ravaged by vengeance.......

hmmm an exile vs an exile. who would win.

its nice to see an enemy give the federation a good fight mostly everyone else was steam rolled over.
