i dont get why some anime get subbed, and for toriko who is a decent anime get subbed 3 days later

TORIKO NEEDS TO BE SUBBED ON THE FIRST DAYS LIKE NARUTO ONE PIECE AND THEM.
IT IS ON THE SAME LEVEL AS THEM IT REALLY GOOD

While I also wish that Toriko was subbed much sooner, I have heard that the reason that it takes so long to sub is because Toriko uses lots of unusual words (such as the names of different foods) that slow down the subbing. I do not understand Japanese so I can't say if this is the true reason, but if it is then the translators have a good reason for taking so long and we should stop complaining.
