So, I think it could be some kind of illusion, but since that guy said "I write my novels not with a pen, but in this reality" it could be a reality shift, which would be quite awesome.

Now, It's fun that there's two mysteries, one that Shinjurou knows about, but is probably fake, and the one that he doesn't know, but we do, that is what happened to the reality after he met the prisoner. My take on this is the crazy novilest and the girl hypinotized them to star in his sick reality

awesome episode!!The guy in prison did something to him so to play part in his fake world to solve the mystery and he lost his memories as i see ,that what i understood. :D

can someone explain 2 me whats the relationship between the guy with glasses who knows everything and the defeated detective? and why is he called the defeated detective?

HMMM, I think I got it, but then again I might not. *sigh* I'll just wait until the next episode to see if I was right. ^_^
