X-Men 2011 Episode 1

another funny makeover. please stop, japan you have more talents, more creative ideas, more original manga needed to bemade into anime. dont need to japanize american cartoons. please dont get me wrong, i love x-men though. yes, the original one

yeah the comic books are cool, I'd never watch an x-men cartoon/anime again (not even Wolverine), it's not violent enough.. I have only one freaking complain which goes in a way for every character, but I can tell everything with this: Why give Wolverine claws and healing factor if he never slashes anybody to pieces, never stabs anyone on screen and he never gets pierced and cut up? (Once he was ripped in half by The Hulk in the comic, nothing similiar happens)

i think this is just too forced... i dont think that japan wanted to make this, but was forced.. i mean come on man... they have way more cool'er anime character's on there own... why would they want to make this in the first place? it's just marvel's way to get more asian auedience .. but that's just what i think.. behind every cool manga, comic, or mahwa, there's always sales and francise.. purely BUREAUCRACY..

I hope Wolverine is not the main Character. Everybody always put him as the main character when he is not even one of the orginal 5 X-Men. It's Cyclops, Marvel Women(Jean), Angel, Ice Man, and Beast. If anything, i would prefer to watch an X-Men anime with these characters. Since they already have a cartoon of these characters, which Jean goes Phoenix and goes to space, which is really old.

This looks like a bad mix of 90's X-Men, Todays X-Force costume designs

am i the only one who finds it interesting that the wolverine from here doesnt look like the wolverine from his own anime?

I think Marvel and Madhouse should have focused more on the story a little instead of the animation though this episode wasn't that bad.

alright alright not bad at all looks promising but as someone who grew up on the 90's x-men comics and the cartoon that used to come on fox saturday morning line up. That will always be my childhood x-men I remember and love

If there is any relation to the movies then I'd say that this series takes place between the second and third xmen movies. judging by the cast of participants in the storyline like the wolverine series took place between the wolverine movie and the first xmen movie and the iron man series took place between the first and second movies. it is true that these series do not follow the original storylines but are closest to the storylines used in the moviews is the reason I do the comparison timeline wise. It these stories were to compare to the great Dr. Who, then all bets are off since he dosent
